MEGAN
SPURRELL
I'm Megan Spurrell, a travel writer and editor with 10 years of experience, based in New York City. I am currently the senior features editor at Condé Nast Traveler, where I write and edit across digital and print.
I cover travel through the lens of pleasure: Whether you’re finding it in chaotic cities or wild open spaces; decadent meals or just-one-more-drink dive bars; dancing whenever the salsa band starts to play, but also cowboy camping on a beach somewhere. I’m based in New York City, but spend a lot of time in South America.
